What is DAF Day
DAF Day is a national giving day that invites donors to recommend grants from their donor-advised funds to the causes they care about. It launched in 2024 to make DAF giving easier and more visible, and it returns each October to inspire coordinated action.
On DAF Day, donors help unlock charitable dollars already set aside for good. When many people recommend grants on the same day, the collective impact grows and more organizations can serve their communities.

How to recommend a grant
Option 1: Use DAFPay now
- Click the DAFPay button below.
- Select your DAF provider and log in.
- Confirm your recommendation to EveryLibrary Institute.
Option 2: Recommend directly through your DAF sponsor
- Log in to your DAF account (for example Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, Vanguard Charitable).
- Search for EveryLibrary Institute, NFP and set your grant amount.
- Submit your recommendation. Your sponsor will process and send the grant.
