DONATE TO THE EVERYLIBRARY INSTITUTE

The EveryLibrary Institute is supported entirely by donations and grants from foundations, mission-driven philanthropies, and individual donors - both large and small - who care about the future of library funding and librarianship.

We're dedicated to building support for library funding across the United States and beyond. We conduct research about the value and importance of libraries. We work to educate the public about the impact of libraries. We train librarians to be better advocates for libraries and library related causes. We create tools, resources, and provide support for the activities of the Nation's first and only political action committee, EveryLibrary. Through this work we have secured over 1.8 billion dollars in new or renewed funding for libraries, helped to keep dozens of library doors open to the public, and fought for school and public libraries at the local, state, and federal levels. You can find out more about our work in our annual reports available here.

Your personal donation makes a difference in our ability to staff the research projects, librarian training, and programs that impact the future of libraries. Our work is entirely donor and grant supported. We are proud to combine the impacts from personal donors and institutional funders to advance libraries in the United States.

If you prefer, you can also make tax deductible donations to the EveryLibrary Institute, NFP through our membership in Network for Good, the nation’s largest clearinghouse for donations to nonprofit and charitable causes. Please make your donation via our Network for Good Profile page
