Presenter
Courtney Soesbe- Ms. Soesbe joined PMA Financial in January 1996 after graduating from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Finance. She later earned her MBA from Northern Illinois University as well. Courtney serves as a Senior Relationship Manager for Illinois municipalities and for participants of IPRIME. She is responsible for the oversight on cash flow management, investment planning and execution, bond proceeds management and arbitrage tracking rebate services. Courtney has worked with Illinois Libraries for over 20 years and is a member of ILA. She is licensed through FINRA with her Series 7, 63, and 50 securities licenses.
