But voting early rules – both for in-person and by-mail options – vary widely all over the country, causing confusion and preventing voters from casting their ballots.

Your library can legally participate as long as you don't advocate for a candidate or a cause on the ballot, attempt to persuade voters, or make partisan statements. All you have to do is use the Vote Early Day materials to encourage voters in your communities to vote for their candidate or cause on October 24th!
